Simmer Series

A bi-weekly delivery of soups, congees, and braises rooted in Vietnamese home cooking traditions. Made in small batches using local, organic, and medicinal ingredients.

How It Works

  • Each delivery includes 6 rotating soups, congees, braises, and seasonal sides packaged in 32 oz containers. Together, they’re designed to provide roughly 15 meals throughout the week, whether you’re eating them slowly over a few days or stocking your freezer for later.

  • The Simmer Series is delivered every other week throughout the season. Summer deliveries run from July 1-September 9, with each menu reflecting the ingredients of that particular moment in the season.

  • Menus shift with the season and are guided by what’s growing locally and the kinds of dishes traditionally cooked at home throughout the year. No two deliveries are exactly the same, though there are often recurring staples and favorite dishes that return in new forms.

  • The series is meant to support real life. If you’re traveling or need to skip a delivery, subscriptions can be paused with advance notice. Capacity is intentionally kept small to make the experience feel personal and manageable.

  • The Simmer Series is currently available throughout Brooklyn and parts of New York City. Delivery details and scheduling information will be shared before the season begins.
